As an important manufacturing hub in the Yangtze River Delta, Taizhou provided the company with strong industrial chain support. In its early years, Baoshijie primarily promoted its high-speed wire EDM machines (DK77 series), quickly gaining a foothold in the domestic market thanks to their cost-effectiveness and reliable performance. These machines served key industries such as mold manufacturing and hardware parts processing.

1. Maturity of High-Speed Wire EDM Technology

During this period, Baoshijie's high-speed wire EDM technology reached full maturity:

- By adopting molybdenum wire electrodes and stepper motor drive technology, the machines achieved stable machining accuracy that exceeded national standards.

- The machine rigidity was significantly enhanced through an optimized body structure utilizing high-strength cast iron, along with improvements to the transmission system.

- More than 20 models in various sizes were introduced, fully covering the machining needs of small- and medium-sized parts.

2. Transition to Medium-Speed Wire EDM Technology

- After 2015, in response to growing market demand for higher machining quality, Baoshijie began developing medium-speed wire EDM machines, including the E, M, and H series.

- A proprietary multiple-cutting technology was developed, which greatly improved both surface finish and machining accuracy, surpassing national industry standards.

The year 2016 marked a key turning point in Baoshijie’s development, with major technical breakthroughs driving a significant increase in sales:

1. Performance improvement of medium-speed wire EDM machines: the control system was upgraded to improve cutting efficiency and operational stability；

2. Higher market recognition: with high quality and strong cost performance, Baoshijie secured a position in China’s mid-range market；

In 2018, to meet growing market demand, Baoshijie expanded its factory and increased production capacity:
