High Speed CNC Small Hole EDM Drilling Machine
The Baoshijie High Speed CNC Small Hole EDM Drilling Machine — available in CNC3545 and CNC4565 configurations — elevates small-hole EDM drilling with full CNC control, AC servo-driven axes, and advanced electronic systems for higher precision, greater reliability, and more convenient operation.
X and Y axes are driven by AC servo motors for fast positioning, high accuracy, and low noise. The spindle rotates at 220 RPM with a precision servo motor, supporting electrode diameters from 0.2–3 mm at processing speeds of 30–60 mm/min. Taiwan's latest circuit PC board with fast SMLS circuit eliminates machining burrs and reduces fault rates. Harbin Grade C thrust bearings support the spindle, and Hanjiang precision ball screws with linear guideways are fitted throughout all axes. Automatic lubrication and 100% penetration detection are standard; operation is monitored via an ultra-HD 17-inch display.
The CNC3545 offers a 400×600 mm worktable with 350×450 mm X/Y travel (650 kg). The CNC4565 scales up to a 540×1,000 mm worktable with 450×650 mm X/Y travel (900 kg). Both support tap water as dielectric fluid and direct entry from inclined or curved surfaces.
