High Speed Small Hole EDM Drilling Machine
The Baoshijie DB703 High Speed Small Hole EDM Drilling Machine is designed for reliable, high-speed production of small, deep holes in any conductive material — including stainless steel, hardened steel, carbide, copper, and aluminum — where conventional drilling methods reach their limits.
The machine accepts tubular electrodes from 0.3–3 mm in diameter and achieves depth-to-diameter ratios exceeding 300:1, at processing speeds of 30–60 mm/min. The spindle is driven by a precision servo motor for fast, stable lifting and consistent perforation performance. The rotating head uses alloy end-face sealing technology with a toothed belt drive — eliminating noise and reducing mechanical wear. X, Y, and Z axes are fitted with Hanjiang precision-ground ball screws and linear guideways, while high-precision linear scales on the X/Y worktable and an automatic edge-finding function simplify workpiece setup.
The machine accepts ordinary tap water as the dielectric fluid, recirculated through the built-in 25 L tank. Worktable size is 320×440 mm with X/Y travel of 300×400 mm, spindle stroke 350 mm, maximum processing current 30 A, and overall machine weight 650 kg.
