Water Jet Panel Board for High Speed Wire Cutting Machine
The water jet panel board is fitted at the end of the upper and lower wire arms of high-speed wire EDM machines, directing dielectric fluid evenly across the cutting gap between the molybdenum wire and workpiece throughout the machining process. Consistent, uniform fluid coverage is essential for stable chip flushing, effective cooling, and reliable discharge conditions — all of which directly affect surface finish quality and wire breakage rate.
