0.192mm Molybdenum Wire Guider Ruby Water Nozzle
The ruby water nozzle combines two critical functions in a single precision component: guiding the molybdenum wire through the cutting zone with sub-micron accuracy, and directing dielectric fluid precisely into the gap between wire and workpiece. Its condition directly determines the spatial positioning of the wire, the consistency of the discharge gap, and ultimately, the cutting accuracy and surface finish of every part produced.
Baoshijie's 0.192 mm ruby water nozzle features a brass body with an integrated synthetic ruby guide insert, precision-ground to a smooth inner bore matched to 0.192 mm molybdenum wire. Synthetic ruby offers a combination of properties unmatched by any alternative material in this application: extremely high hardness, ultra-low friction coefficient, excellent wear resistance, and dimensional stability under continuous use. These properties deliver accurate wire positioning, minimal wire vibration, reduced wire wear, and extended service intervals between replacements.
Mounted at the end of the upper and lower wire arms, the nozzle is fully compatible with the complete range of Baoshijie high-speed and medium-speed machines, as well as most third-party machines using 0.192 mm molybdenum wire.
