H-type Middle Speed CNC EDM Wire Cutting Machine
The Baoshijie H-type Middle Speed CNC EDM Wire Cutting Machine combines structural engineering and precision tension control to deliver reliable multi-pass cutting accuracy in a robust, maintenance-friendly package. The machine adopts a T-type bed with an integral column structure, designed through 3D solid modeling and validated by finite element force analysis. Bed, carriage, and column castings are produced from high-strength resin sand, formed as thick-walled box sections with internal top-to-bottom reinforcing ribs — providing the rigidity and strength needed for stable long-term operation.
Central to the machine's cutting performance is its patented bidirectional constant tension mechanism, which adjusts tension dynamically according to both machining parameters and molybdenum wire diameter. Unlike simple counterweight systems, it responds in real time to wire tension fluctuations, maintaining consistent tension throughout every cut. Machining accuracy reaches ±0.004 mm with surface roughness Ra ≤ 1.0 μm.
Available in H-320 (620×420 mm worktable, 500 kg capacity) and H-400 (790×490 mm worktable, 600 kg capacity), with a maximum cutting thickness of 250 mm, Taiwan linear guideways, Japan IKO paired bearings, dual-pump high-pressure dielectric tank, and electric Z-axis lifting as standard.
