The medium-speed WEDM water nozzle plate is a working-fluid flushing guide plate specially designed for medium-speed wire-cut EDM machines, measuring 58×58×27mm and mounted near the upper and lower wire guides of the cutting head. Precision-machined internal flow channels and jet orifices direct the working fluid at the optimal angle and pressure to the discharge zone between the wire and workpiece for efficient cooling, insulation and chip flushing.
