The Baoshijie Eco-Friendly High Speed CNC EDM Wire Cutting Machine retains all the core advantages of the standard DK77 series — high wire speed, low consumable cost, and broad material compatibility — while adding a comprehensive environmental protection system designed to meet increasingly stringent workplace and regulatory standards.
The machine features a fully enclosed splash guard that contains dielectric fluid within the cutting zone, eliminating fluid mist and spray from the operating environment. A sealed dielectric circulation and multi-stage filtration system manages fluid flow, recovery, and cleanliness throughout the cutting cycle, addressing both waste discharge compliance and workshop hygiene. The wire storage drum surface is treated with hard chrome plating to increase wear resistance and maintain smooth, stable wire transport over extended service periods.
Cutting performance matches the standard series: wire speed 8–11 m/s, cutting accuracy ±0.01–0.02 mm, surface roughness Ra ≤ 2.5 μm, with 0.12–0.20 mm molybdenum wire. The full DK77 worktable range is available, accommodating workpiece loads from 300 kg to 8,000 kg and cutting thicknesses up to 1,000 mm.
