Φ32x60 Double-Side Guide Roller Assembly
The Φ32×60 double-side guide roller assembly features a symmetric dual-side support structure consisting of two rollers, bearings, shaft core and connecting base with a total width of 60mm. Compared with single-side designs, the dual-side structure provides stronger guiding stability and deflection resistance, effectively suppressing lateral vibration of the wire at high speed. It is especially suitable for applications requiring high precision and superior surface quality. The 32mm-diameter rollers are precision ground and polished with minimal roundness error for smooth operation.
