The Baoshijie M-type Middle Speed Servo all-in-one CNC EDM Wire Cutting Machine represents the highest specification in Baoshijie's wire cutting range, integrating a full closed-loop AC servo drive system with the machine structure for stable, high-precision performance across demanding production cycles. Unlike open-loop stepper systems, real-time position feedback eliminates the risk of lost steps, delivering consistently repeatable accuracy of ±0.004 mm with surface roughness as fine as Ra ≤ 0.8 μm through multi-pass cutting — benchmarks that approach slow-wire quality at a fraction of the operating cost.
The motion system is built on Japan IKO linear guideways and precision ball screws with paired IKO bearings, supported by an automatic lubrication pump and dual water pump multi-stage filtration system. Maximum feed speed reaches 1,000 mm/min; first-pass cutting efficiency runs at 180–200 mm²/min. The integrated design consolidates machine and control cabinet in a single footprint, reducing installation complexity.
