M-type Middle Speed CNC EDM Wire Cutting Machine
The Baoshijie M-type Medium Speed CNC EDM Wire Cutting Machine is engineered around a premium motion system for higher long-term precision than standard stepper-driven alternatives. At its core, Japanese-brand linear guideways work in tandem with precision ball screws to deliver high positioning accuracy, minimal wear under continuous load, and the ability to withstand forces from all four directions simultaneously. The result is lasting accuracy, maintained across years of daily production use.
The series includes the M-320 (640×430 mm worktable, 400 kg capacity) and the M-400 (740×540 mm worktable, 600 kg capacity), both offering a maximum cutting thickness of 300 mm and UV axis travel of 60×60 mm for taper cutting up to ±6° over 80 mm. Through multi-pass cutting, these machines achieve a machining accuracy of ±0.005 mm and a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 1.0 μm. Standard equipment includes a 120 L high-pressure dielectric tank, Japan IKO paired bearings, an automatic lubrication pump, and electric Z-axis lifting.
