The Baoshijie M-type Middle Speed CNC EDM Wire Cutting Machine is built around a premium motion system to deliver higher long-term precision than standard stepper-driven alternatives. At its core are Japanese-brand linear guideways paired with precision ball screws, offering high positioning accuracy, minimal wear under continuous load, and the ability to withstand loads from all four directions simultaneously — ensuring that accuracy is maintained across years of daily production use.
Available in M-320 (640×430 mm worktable, 400 kg capacity) and M-400 (740×540 mm worktable, 600 kg capacity), with a maximum cutting thickness of 300 mm and UV axis travel of 60×60 mm for taper cutting up to ±6°/80 mm. Through multi-pass cutting, the machine reaches machining accuracy of ±0.005 mm and surface roughness Ra ≤ 1.0 μm. Supporting components include a 120 L high-pressure dielectric tank, Japan IKO paired bearings, automatic lubrication pump, and electric Z-axis lifting as standard.
