Combining a mature stepper motor drive system with multi-pass cutting technology, it delivers measurably better accuracy and surface quality than conventional high-speed machines while keeping acquisition and operating costs firmly in check.
The machine bed is built from a C-frame cast structure using high-quality No. 250 Mechanite resin sand castings, specially treated with secondary high-temperature tempering for strong toughness and long-term rigidity. Through 2–3 pass cutting cycles, the machine achieves machining accuracy of ±0.01 mm and surface roughness Ra ≤ 1.2 μm. Reusable 0.15–0.20 mm molybdenum wire keeps consumable expenses low throughout the machine's operational life.
The series covers models from E35 (745×525 mm worktable, 400 kg capacity) to E80F (1,570×1,030 mm worktable, 2,600 kg capacity), with maximum cutting thickness up to 500 mm — a scalable choice for small-to-medium mold shops and precision component manufacturers at any production volume.
