Molybdenum wire is the primary cutting medium in high-speed and medium-speed wire EDM machines, and its quality directly determines cutting stability, surface finish, wire breakage rate, and overall process consistency. Manufactured from high-purity molybdenum through a precision multi-stage drawing process, Baoshijie molybdenum wire offers the combination of mechanical and electrical properties that demanding wire cutting applications require.
High tensile strength minimizes wire breakage during cutting, reducing production interruptions and material waste.
