The Baoshijie High Speed CNC EDM Wire Cutting Machine (Standard) is engineered for manufacturers who demand dependable, high-throughput wire cutting at a competitive cost of ownership. Built on a high-quality gray cast iron bed with resin sand casting and a mechanically optimized reinforcement structure, the machine delivers consistent rigidity, balanced operation, and long-term dimensional stability.
Wire transport is smooth and reliable, with a flexible direction-change mechanism that eliminates mechanical hard contact — extending wire barrel service life and reducing maintenance downtime. Running at 8–11 m/s with 0.12–0.20 mm molybdenum wire, the machine achieves cutting accuracy of ±0.01–0.02 mm and surface roughness Ra ≤ 2.5 μm, making it well suited to hardened steel, carbide, and die steel applications. The ultra-wide water tank ensures unobstructed dielectric flow, while an integrated splash-proof system isolates the power control connector from dielectric fluid for stable long-run operation.
Available from DK7725 (640×470 mm worktable) to DK77160F (2,360×1,900 mm worktable), the series accommodates workpiece loads from 300 kg to 8,000 kg and cutting thicknesses up to 1,000 mm, with optional electric Z-axis lifting and customizable machine colors.
