Water Jet Panel Board for Middle Speed Wire Cutting Machine
The water jet panel board for medium-speed wire EDM machines is fitted at the end of the upper and lower wire arms, directing dielectric fluid uniformly into the cutting gap between the molybdenum wire and workpiece. In medium-speed multi-pass cutting, where each successive pass is progressively finer and the discharge gap narrows with each trim cut, consistent fluid distribution becomes even more critical to achieving the surface finish and dimensional accuracy the process is capable of delivering.
Baoshijie medium-speed water jet panel boards are precision injection-moulded from high-quality engineering plastic that combines electrical insulation, corrosion resistance in medium-speed dielectric fluid, and dimensional stability under continuous operating conditions. The moulded water distribution geometry is designed to deliver even fluid coverage without turbulence that could affect discharge consistency during fine trim passes. The smooth, edge-free contact surface ensures no damage to the electrode wire throughout operation.
Dimensionally matched to Baoshijie E-type, M-type, and H-type machine arm fittings, and compatible with most equivalent third-party medium-speed machines.
